Welcome to the Sun Wah Realty and Chung Wah Company Home Page. These companies in Victoria,  manage some commerical properties in Canada’s oldest Chinatown (1858). The properties range from restaurants and retail shops to artist studio apartments. On this website, you will find many pictures of the areas of Chinatown that these companies manage. There are many other buildings that make up Chinatown and their pictures are not included with this page.
